Broinha stuffed with cod corn

  • 300 g of corn bread
  • 100 g cod
  • 20 g onion
  • 2 ml olive oil
  • 1 g fine salt
  • 1 g ground pepper
  • 50 g large potatoes
  • 100 g turnip greens
Carefully cut the top off of the bread and remove the kernels. In a skillet sauté the greens with olive oil, garlic, boiled potatoes, diced and cut, the cod chipped and season it with salt and pepper.
Fill the bread and brush the lid with oil of garlic. Take the corn bread to the oven to brown.
Accompany with a good Douro wine.
